As the HR Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of our HR operational shared services processes, ensuring a consistent and standardised approach across the organisation. You will drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while championing automation, process efficiency and an uplift in service delivery.

Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will design, optimise and maintain scalable workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy and the overall employee experience. Combining your operational expertise with a passion for systems, data and continuous improvement, you will lead a small team and help shape the future of HR operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day HR Operations activities, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Drive continuous improvement across People Operations processes, identifying opportunities for automation and service enhancements.
  • Design, review and optimise workflows to improve efficiency, scalability and the employee experience.
  • Manage and respond to HR queries, identifying recurring themes and opportunities to improve processes, knowledge resources and training.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and privacy requirements.
  • Lead and support the HR Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or a similar HR function, with a strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members, with the ability to build capability and drive high performance.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and reporting, with the ability to leverage technology to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with HiBob will be highly regarded.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent practical HR experience.
