Credit Corp Group is looking for a talented Customer Relationship Managers (Collections Agents ) to join our US Collections team. This is a full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, offering weekends off and paid Philippine regular holidays off.

Role Purpose
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes
what you'll be doing
- Contact customers to establish communication, investigate outstanding balances and understand their circumstances.
- Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and empathetic conversations.
- Analyse account information to identify the most appropriate resolution strategy.
- Contribute to team performance by achieving targets and delivering positive customer outcomes.
Who you are:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations.
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to understand individual circumstances and identify positive outcomes.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems and processes
- A proactive approach to learning, teamwork and delivering great customer experiences Physically and mentally able to work in the evening shift with night differential pay
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Must have SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and two (2) valid IDs prior to applying
- Willing to work onsite at our office in Ayala Makati
