About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Associate (Collections), you will be at the forefront of our business, helping customers find practical and sustainable solutions to manage their financial obligations.

This is a dynamic role that combines investigation, problem-solving, and customer engagement. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, spending:

• Part of your time researching, investigating and locating your customers
• Part of your time negotiating suitable repayment arrangements and supporting customers through financial challenges

What We're Looking For

• Willing to work onsite at our Ayala, Makati office
• Available to work on an Australian time zone schedule (day shift)
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Strong English communication skills
• Competitive, respectful, and empathetic in dealing with customers
• Must have authenticated SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN numbers, along with two valid IDs, ready before application

No Collections Experience? No Problem.

You don't need previous debt collection experience to succeed with us.
