As a Loan Verification Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping Australians responsibly finance their next vehicle. Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Assess and verify customer loan applications, ensuring timely assessment within our responsible lending policy guidelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
• Proactively identify and conduct further enquiries where necessary to ensure application completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with and refer accounts to the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow up on incomplete applications and meticulously review all supporting documents.
• Guarantee data is entered with a high degree of accuracy and matches all supporting documentation.

 Who you are:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in lending, loan processing, or similar financial services roles is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a strong ability for learning new software systems.
• A natural problem-solver who uses lateral thinking to find the right solutions with a customer-centric approach.
• A demonstrated commitment to integrity, honesty, and ethical practices in all that you do.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously.
