As a Business Analyst within our Business Improvement team, you will play a key role in driving investment in digital capability, customer experience and operational efficiency. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, streamlined processes, and practical, testable solutions. In doing so, you will help deliver change at pace while ensuring quality outcomes and alignment with regulatory and organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
- Reviewing and redesigning business processes to drive efficiency and improvement
- Partnering with Digital and Technology teams to support solution delivery
- Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
What We’re Looking For:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an agile or transformation‑driven environment
- Strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements, process analysis, and solution design
- Experience contributing to digital or customer‑facing initiatives
- A collaborative, continuous‑improvement mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
