As a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be on the front line connecting with customers, helping them get back on track with their overdue accounts. You’ll make outbound calls, rebuild relationships, and negotiate repayment solutions that are fair, realistic, and tailored to each customer’s situation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overdue accounts on behalf of major Australian financial institutions.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Use internal systems and tools to locate customers and re-establish contact.
- Build trust and rapport while negotiating sustainable, customer‑focused repayment solutions.
- Manage objections effectively and work toward positive outcomes for all parties.
- Ensure all actions comply with industry regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- You don’t need collections experience, many of our leaders started in this role. What matters is your drive and your ability to connect with people.
- Ideal backgrounds include call centres, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or any role where communication and resilience are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and persistence when handling challenging conversations.
- A natural problem solver who can think on their feet.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and databases.
- Motivated by results, targets, and a fast‑paced environment.
- Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow your career.
- Essential: Full‑time availability, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM.
