About the Role
You’ll be responsible for administering servers, managing virtual environments, supporting enterprise applications, and ensuring strong system performance, availability, and security.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and optimize Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Citrix, SANs, and Exchange
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (Level 3 escalation)
- Manage backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery procedures
- Support infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and IT projects
- Ensure system security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation
- Maintain documentation and follow ITIL change‑management processes
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve incidents and improve systems
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, Linux, VMware, Commvault, Cisco
- Knowledge of networks, security tools, and SQL administration
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
- IT degree or relevant certifications/experience
