We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our fast‑paced and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders across the organisation to deliver high‑quality, pragmatic human resources support that drives our business strategy and strengthens overall organisational performance.
You will provide day to day leadership to a HR Advisor, offering ongoing coaching and support to build capability, strengthen partnerships and ensure alignment to key objectives. With a strong focus on engagement and trusted relationships, you’ll guide leaders through complex people matters while fostering a positive, inclusive and high performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice to managers, guiding performance management, employee relations issues, grievance handling, and compliance with relevant legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Drive employee engagement and organisational effectiveness through strong communication practices, site visits, targeted training, and ongoing support for leaders.
- Support remuneration and benefits processes including benchmarking, performance reviews, incentive programs, and continuous improvement of recognition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance across HR operations by managing policies, contracts, parental leave, WHS processes, and accurate documentation of all ER matters.
- Contribute to talent management by supporting succession planning, identifying high‑potential employees, and facilitating fair, objective internal selection processes.
- Lead and deliver key people initiatives and projects, providing strategic advice, data‑driven insights, and effective leadership to ensure accountability and positive business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR generalist and business partnering experience, with the ability to balance hands on support and strategic advice.
- Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and its practical application, with a track record of resolving problems and delivering pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to build strong relationships, influence at all levels, and contribute to a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with HRIS and employee self‑service systems.
