We’re looking for an experienced WHS Specialist to take ownership of workplace health and safety at Credit Corp. This is a hands‑on, autonomous role where you’ll drive practical safety outcomes, partner closely with leaders, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

We’re committed to flexibility and are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead WHS governance and compliance
• Manage WHS and psychosocial risk
• Oversee emergency management and WHS operations
• Manage workers compensation processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated skills in a similar WHS position
• Experience in managing psychosocial risk
• Strong capability in risk assessments, investigations and corrective actions
• Workers compensation and return‑to‑work experience
• Confidence influencing leaders and turning data into action
