We’re looking for an experienced WHS Specialist to take ownership of workplace health and safety at Credit Corp. This is a hands‑on, autonomous role where you’ll drive practical safety outcomes, partner closely with leaders, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
We’re committed to flexibility and are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead WHS governance and compliance
- Manage WHS and psychosocial risk
- Oversee emergency management and WHS operations
- Manage workers compensation processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated skills in a similar WHS position
- Experience in managing psychosocial risk
- Strong capability in risk assessments, investigations and corrective actions
- Workers compensation and return‑to‑work experience
- Confidence influencing leaders and turning data into action
