We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast paced, supportive team on a 6 month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of positions across both support and high volume functions, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our Talent Acquisition capability.

You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business, take a proactive approach to sourcing top talent and ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates and manage the full hiring process in partnership with business leaders.
  • Build strong relationships to ensure optimal service and successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, ensure timely HR documentation for new starters, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activity and workforce capacity.
  • Manage external advertising channels creatively, while researching new sourcing avenues to attract top talent.
  • Contribute to recruitment strategies, implement process improvements, and upskill stakeholders in recruitment best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with a collaborative team approach
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Proactive, creative mindset for sourcing talent and familiarity with recruitment systems (PageUp highly regarded)
