About your new role:

The Talent Acquisition team is a core business function responsible for recruiting for various frontline, operational and support roles across all of our Australian and New Zealand locations. With the ability to make a real difference.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for playing a part in the hiring process of great people who can be productive quickly and are committed to developing a career with Credit Corp.

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a highly organised and reliable individual who is interested in furthering their development and advancing their career within the Human Resources arena.

What your new job involves:

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will be but not limited to:

  • Delivering outstanding candidate management, building their desire to join us
  • Conduction pre-employment checks such as national police checks, reference checks and validating candidates’ working rights
  • Keeping thorough records and updating the applicant management system daily
  • Building & maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, influencing when necessary
  • Making verbal & written job offers
  • Onboarding new starters and managing various parts of the onboarding life cycle
  • Sourcing candidates from the external market for various support roles and positions
  • Administration and reporting tasks
  • Monthly compliance and data auditing reporting
  • Managing the end-to-end internal recruitment process

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a hands on Talent Acquisition role
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment
  • Ability to build effective working relationships in a professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven planning and organisational skills and high a level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the broader HR team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and act with discretion
  • Proficient with learning new systems and using multiple programs
  • Ability to adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving, juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously.
  • Lateral and critical thinking skills
  • Strong time management skills
