We are one of Australia’s largest financial services businesses and we’re looking for an energetic and passionate marketer who will support and implement on marketing strategies at Credit Corp for our consumer lending brands. This role will be play an integral part of delivering on our marketing and growth objectives. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is best suited to someone who can execute and optimise marketing strategies across multiple brands and channels including but not limited to social media, ATL, SEM, website, email and Affiliates.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Measure performance of all relevant marketing campaigns against set targets
• Maintain and update an effective marketing calendar across all consumer lending brands
• Provide reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
• Contribute to the development of content creation for all relevant communication channels
• Support the optimisation and execution of all marketing campaigns
• Marketing administration support as required

Skills and Attributes:

• Data driven with an analytical and positive mindset
• Strong attention to detail and able to multi task
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage performance marketing (or similar) programs to deliver strong ROI.
• Hands on experience with Social Media Ads Manager platforms and Goolge Ads
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining brand standards, specifically adherence to brand guidelines and legal/compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with marketing automation software (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is preferred

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Management, Analytics, Finance, Accounting or similar.
