About Your New Role:
You’ll deliver key support as a Solicitor within CLH Lawyers in a primarily WFH position with our office based in the West End location, a short walk from South Brisbane station, Cultural Centre and local shops and eateries.
The role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Assist with and manage the preparation of high volume Court documents including the preparation of claims and enforcement documents primarily for use in the Queensland Courts
- Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and client groups
- Liaising with Court staff, clients and third parties as required
- Deliver all legal advice, services and outcomes in a prompt and timely manner
- Manage, conduct and supervise file management, compliance, paralegals, and support staff engaged by CLH.
- Work towards achieving the goals reasonably set by the business in each financial year

Who You Are:
- 5 years + post qualification experience and unrestricted practising certificate
- An eye for detail and the ability to work in a high volume environment with precision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level work ethic and the ability to be a team player and lead others
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to mutli-task and adapt
- Strong computer skills
Essential Criteria
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Must be available to work permanent full-time (38 hours)
- QLD Council debt recovery including land sales experience necessary
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and/or managing a team
