As a Learning and Development Specialist within our HR team, you will be at the heart of our employee journey. You will partner with the broader L&D team to facilitate everything from the initial induction for new starters to advanced career development programs for our seasoned professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate induction programs, creating a welcoming and positive learning environment for all new employees
- Deliver a suite of career pathway programs, helping our employees build new skills and advance their careers within the company
- Proactively review and refresh our training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content is current, relevant, and engaging
- Uphold the highest standards in training delivery and record-keeping, ensuring all practices meet internal and external requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a learning and development role, with a strong focus on facilitation, training delivery, and onboarding
- Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage adult learners[TM1]
- The ability to travel to other Australian cities and Auckland for a period of up to two weeks at a time (as and when required)
- Experience in a high-volume customer contact centre would be highly regarded
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
