As our Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for delivering two critical learning and development projects. Your primary focus will be leading the end-to-end review and redesign of our Operations Induction Programs to accelerate competency for our frontline teams. Additionally, you will create new leadership development programs, translating existing frameworks into practical and impactful learning experiences for our leaders.

We’re committed to flexibility and are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect a new, streamlined, and blended induction framework
  • Design and develop new leadership programs for mid to senior-level leaders
  • Author exceptional learning content, including facilitator guides and participant materials
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are aligned with strategic needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in large-scale curriculum review and redesign, especially for induction/onboarding
  • Experience in the instructional design of tiered leadership programs
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360)
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
  • Strong consulting skills and the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
