As the HR Project Advisor you’ll deliver system related HR initiatives across the organisation, partnering with global stakeholders to drive business critical outcomes. Your proactive approach will ensure that complex HR programs, including HiBob system implementations and data migrations are executed effectively.
In this hands-on role, you’ll champion continuous improvement and project documentation to embed best practices across our workforce relations and diversity strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively assist in the planning, tracking and successful delivery of key strategic HR projects, ensuring all documentation, schedules and risk logs are maintained.
- Act as the primary business contact for our core HRIS (HiBob), driving system implementations, data migrations, process improvements and resolving system-related issues.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across various business units to coordinate project communications, manage dependencies, and deliver seamless updates.
- Ensure all HR projects and system templates align with internal policies, relevant legislation, modern awards and employment contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior extensive experience with HiBob is essential, specifically including back-end configuration, data migration and process optimisation to drive continuous system improvements.
- Prior experience working within the Financial Services sector ensuring a strong understanding of the industry's unique regulatory and operational environment.
- A solid track record of supporting strategic HR initiatives and projects, utilising a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and foundational knowledge of project coordination.
- Skilled in applying employment legislation, awards, and contracts to ensure project compliance.
- Exceptional ability to build collaborative relationships and manage global stakeholders.
