Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is ideal for an energetic and people‑focused individual who is interested in building a career in recruitment and Human Resources. You will be part of a centralized recruitment team supporting hiring across all U.S. locations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including:

  • Sourcing candidates from the external market using a variety of channels
  • Conducting a high volume of phone interviews
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong engagement with prospective hires
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough recruitment records
  • Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing hiring outcomes where needed

About You

There is significant crossover between the skills required to be a successful CRM/SCRM and those of a strong recruiter. We value professionals who can bring real‑world operational insight and positively represent the opportunities available at Credit Corp Solutions.
