Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including:
- Sourcing candidates from the external market using a variety of channels
- Conducting a high volume of phone interviews
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong engagement with prospective hires
- Maintaining accurate and thorough recruitment records
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing hiring outcomes where needed
About You
