About your new role
We are seeking experienced collections professionals to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. This role suits individuals who have proven experience in collections, skip tracing and a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory obligations.
What your new job involves
- Manage a portfolio of outstanding accounts from Australia’s largest institutions
- Use your experience in collections and skip tracing to locate customers and negotiate tailored repayment solutions
- Handle high volumes of outbound and inbound calls
- Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations and compliance frameworks
- Negotiate effectively, manage objections and create sustainable customer outcomes

Who you are

- Proven experience in collections, recoveries or credit control
- Strong knowledge of skip tracing techniques
- Solid understanding of compliance obligations, debt collection guidelines and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Resilience and professionalism in challenging conversations
- Share a passion for results in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- A desire to learn and take on feedback
Essential Criteria
- Must be available to work permanent full-time, Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM
