Join our team as an HR Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will provide high-quality HR coordination and administrative support, ensuring a seamless employee experience while delivering efficient, compliant and customer-focused HR services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional looking to grow their career within a fast-paced global organisation. Working closely with the broader HR team, you will support a range of people initiatives, contribute to continuous improvement projects and help maintain the accuracy and effectiveness of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding
  • Respond to employee and leader enquiries received through the shared HR inbox, providing timely, accurate, and professional support in line with agreed service levels and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Coordinate and support cyclical HR activities, including performance reviews, remuneration reviews, compliance activities, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records and organisational data within HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Assist with HR reporting, documentation, employment contracts, policy administration and audit requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator or similar HR support role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administration, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications; previous experience with HiBob will be highly regarded but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
