About the role

Credit Corp Inc' is looking for a talented Customer Relationship Managers (Collections Agents ) to join our US Collections team. This is a full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, offering weekends off and paid Philippine regular holidays off.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be a key member of our collections team, responsible for providing exceptional support and resolution to our US-based clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling customer calls, emails and collecting overdue payments in a professional and empathetic manner

2. Researching and locating customers

3. Identifying customer needs and concerns, and providing prompt and effective resolutions

4. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Who you are:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using various software systems

4. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

5. Physically and mentally able to work in the evening shift with night differential pay

6. Fluency in English, both verbal and written

7. Must have SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and two (2) valid IDs prior to applying

8. Willing to work onsite at our office in Ayala Makati
