The Opportunity

Are you a process-driven thinker with a passion for cutting-edge artificial intelligence? Do you love dissecting complex workflows and rebuilding them using modern AI tools?

As our AI Business Process Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical AI implementation. You will work side-by-side with senior operational leaders to identify manual or repetitive tasks, design and build AI-driven solutions, and prototype agentic workflows. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your efforts will directly drive the efficiency and scalability of our US operations.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Discovery & Operational SME: Gain a deep understanding of our operational processes and policies. Actively identify manual, repetitive, or complex workflows ripe for AI automation and agentic replacement.

• Prototyping & Technical Build: Build, configure, and prototype AI agents and prompt chains. Work closely with Data and IT teams to scope data pipelines, API integrations, and ensure robust security standards.

• Business Case Development: Quantify and document opportunities for AI enhancements. Draft clear business cases for senior management, detailing prompt frameworks, expected token usage, and clear ROI metrics.

• Measurement & Continuous Optimization: Run regular assessments on deployed AI models and processes to monitor accuracy, speed, and overall performance. Continuously iterate on prompts and workflows.

• Change Management: Help guide our teams through the operational transitions that come with intelligent automation. Address operational friction and ensure seamless adoption of new AI-driven workflows.

What You Bring

Education & Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, or Business Analysis.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools is essential. You must have working knowledge of:

  • Google Agent Studio

  • Prompt Design & Engineering

  • Python (for automation, connectors, and scripting)

  • SQL (table design and data querying)

  • AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)

• Excellent analytical and process mapping skills; ability to translate complex human workflows into programmatic logic or LLM instructions.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate with IT, operations, compliance, and executive leadership.

• Proven experience managing relationships with external suppliers or software vendors.
