DIGITAL CAMPAIGN ANALYST (12-MONTH PROJECT-BASED)

As a Digital Campaign Analyst your primary role is to maximize performance of digital campaigns by creating campaign account selections, creating and managing a list of email/SMS/landing page templates, monitoring reporting, and identifying and resolving issues. Maintain a detailed understanding of Credit Corp’s contact strategy and work with senior operational leaders to successfully deliver on an agreed program. 

Your goal & role in a nutshell:

• Create, update, assess, troubleshoot, problem solve, collaborate and improve digital campaign account selections using SQL, including table joins, CTEs, and stored procedures 
• Undertake relevant quality and governance checks to ensure that campaigning is executed with no data or execution errors 
• Monitoring of digital campaign volumes and delivery rates, account selection parameters, outbound digital campaign log & ensure any campaign issues are raised
• Create email, SMS, and landing page templates based on documentation and take all new templates through a quality assurance assessment
• Use HTML to design new email templates and resolve email template issues
• Complete end to end testing  &  Litmus testing for all new email templates
• Maximise digital contact attempts within the constraints of compliance limits
• Assist in maintaining compliance controls through account selection and digital campaign strategy
• Review digital campaigns and log any issues or opportunities for improvement
• Identify and document issues and opportunities within digital campaigns that will lead to improvements in asset performance, operational performance, productivity, efficiency or effectiveness through business or process improvement
• Analyse digital campaigns and prepare appropriate reports
• Deploy new reports and implement improvements to existing reports in Tableau
• Continually enhance the accuracy and relevance of the campaign reporting provided to the business 
• Provide relevant insights to business leaders relating to campaign effectiveness
