About your new role:
As a Client Liaison Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily communications and client requirements, as well as leading and developing our Client Liaison Officers.
You will also be at the forefront of strengthening client relationships, and ensuring exceptional post-sales support is provided for both our internal and external stakeholders. Tasks will range from but are not limited to:
- Leading and performance management of team members ensuring activity levels and service quality is achieved
- Continued process improvement and innovation of business and operations methods
- Fostering client relationships
- Driving a team culture focused on knowledge sharing and teamwork achieving team targets and personal targets
- Interpreting and analysing different types of data to provide continuous success toward achieving business outcomes
- Ensure SLA’s relating to customer correspondence are achieved at all times

Who you are:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing client needs and groups
- Lateral thinking, problem solving and critical analysis skills
- Numerate with the ability to interpret large quantities of performance data
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, and the ability to relate to individuals with different learning styles
- Sound understanding of and experience in project management and change management
- Undergraduate qualifications in business, finance or management (or equivalent practical experience) highly desirable
Essential Criteria:
- Availability across the full business hours of Monday to Friday - 8:30AM – 5:00PM
- Must also be available to work permanent full time
